Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.

1. Right of Return (14 Days)

Customers in Switzerland have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) received the products.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, grip socks may only be returned if they have not been worn or tried on

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged socks

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

  • Items without original packaging

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@formbyaura.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide you with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Switzerland: Return shipping is free of charge

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
