Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers in Switzerland have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Key points:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

• For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned

• Free returns apply in Switzerland only

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
